Special Occasions

The Salon of St Claire and the North Lawn are available for private functions such as weddings, birthday parties and anniversary celebrations. Corporate functions are welcome and we can also be booked for photo shoots.

 

Number of guests

The Salon accommodates the
following numbers of guests.

  • Seated in the lounge area: 22

  • Seated at the long table: 22

  • Seated at tables: 88

  • Standing: 120

 

On the North Lawn there can be up to
120 people. 

Hours available

The Salon is available for functions such as cocktail parties and wedding receptions between 9 am and 11 pm.   

The North Lawn is available for functions between 9 am and 11 pm.

Specific requirements need to be discussed and agreed. 

Catering

You can bring in your own caterers or we can suggest some. 

Car parking

There is sufficient car parking on
site for up to 100 cars.

Music

There is an excellent sound system for use in the Salon. Alternatively live musicians may be engaged for the Salon and North Lawn but the sound level cannot exceed 80 decibels at the source.
